Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 12pm AWST will be treated as if they came the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $150 AUD.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, and Canada through Australia Post’s International Standard service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are not included at checkout.

Important for US Customers:
As of 26/08/25, Australia Post has suspended all shipments to the US. Due to this, we will not be accepting United States orders until further notice. Please note that international orders shipped to the United States may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the customer. Such fees are not included in the checkout price and will need to be paid upon delivery.
Local Delivery
We charge $2-$7 for local delivery within a 10km radius from our address (BICTON, WA), with the exact charge determined at checkout.
We cannot guarantee that local delivery will be available at any time, if the option is not offered at checkout, it is not currently available. For any queries about its availability, feel free to email us at contact@saltydunes.com.au
Deliveries will be made within 1-5 business days. Deliveries are made from 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
If you are not home we will leave the parcel in a safe place, and will alert you of it's location via text.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@saltydunes.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards will be sent to the email address given at checkout immediately after purchase. The email will also include instructions on how to redeem the gift card.
